2. Digital Article Publication Services

Due to the immediate allocation of technical editor time, indexing workflows, and server resources upon order submission:

Once an article enters editorial review or formatting, the publication fee becomes non-refundable.
If you purchased an article package by mistake and have not yet submitted your article draft or materials, you may request a 100% refund within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Quality Rejection Guarantee

If your submitted article fails to pass our code standard, technical accuracy, or originality guidelines and cannot be resolved through our standard editorial revision rounds, we will issue a full 100% refund for that article publication fee.

4. Refund Processing & Timelines

Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days and credited back directly to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Stripe, PayPal, or UPI) based on your card issuer’s standard processing cycles.
